A Villa Di Rutali
Built in 1847, three years of work were necessary to completely renovate it
and make it a true temple dedicated to the sweetness of life. It is the ideal
place to soak up the memory of the stones, to discover the interior of the
Corsican lands and to taste the poetry of the island life, the perfect
environment for an authentic and relaxing vacation.
Our guest house is surrounded by olive trees, arbutus trees, cherry trees and
a heated swimming pool at the foot of the hills. Everything here has been
designed as an invitation to rest and carefree living: "luxury, calm and
pleasure". The most sensitive will also feel the mystical atmosphere of the
place that once belonged to Canon Casta, nephew of Isabella Tonarelli, a
Spinozist and professor of philosophy at the Sorbonne, whose portrait still
watches over the residence.
A place that whispers to the heart and soul "Deus sive Natura" (God,
therefore, nature), close to Bastia and the magnificent beaches of Saint-Florent, that the owner, a
lover of photography and therefore very attached to what makes a memory,
has conceived in order to leave you an unforgettable memory and the imprint
of all the colors that your eyes will have reflected.
